1. Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Andalusia, Spain
Light and fruity taste with a complex aroma of ripe fruit, banana, and basil. Its taste is
fine and smooth with a harmonious balance of mild bitterness and pungency.
2. Koroneiki Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Greece
Is a mono-varietal pressed from Koroneiki olives hand picked early in the season while still
green to produce early harvest oil. The olives are crushed within hours of picking to
preserve the taste and aroma of the olives. The oil has the aroma of green figs, fresh herbs
with hints of wild asparagus and flat leafy parsley and thyme.
3. Frantoio Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil- California
Frantoio is one of the most highly acclaimed olive oil varieties. This oil has bright green notes, both in aroma and taste, with flavors of artichoke, grass, hay-straw, spices and butter.
4. 25 Star Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy
The special quality of grape must in this vinegar gives the finished product a thicker consistency. The 25 Star Balsamic has a minimum of 80% concentrated grape must and aged red wine vinegar that is aged to a minimum of 10 years. The result is thick and sweet.
