This Arbequina Olive Oil is produced on the Yocha Dehe Tribe’s land between the Sacramento Valley and Capay Valley in Northern California. The Tribe’s 82 acres of super high density arbequina olives are perfectly suited to the climate and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is award winning. The flavor is medium intensity, nutty and peppery with the aroma of fresh green apples. The estate grown olives are harvested with care at their peak of ripeness and delivered immediately to the state of the art mill producing only the best olive oil.
To complement the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we offer this richly flavored Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar. White Balsamic vinegar, imported from Modena, Italy, is infused with luscious elderberry known for its intense sweet flavor and natural healthy qualities. Rich dark berries add bold notes to vinaigrettes and marinades or try this vinegar drizzled on sweet and savory foods. Pair with extra virgin olive oil or drizzle over grilled meats, vegetables, or sweet desserts and cheese.
