Plan to be guest at a wedding?

Plan on us to help you plan the gifts you need. Most engagements happen at Christmas, Valentines Day, and Graduation. We know the 1st thing a bride does is buy bride magazines and says “Yes To The Dress”.   Then it’s the event decisions and parties.  We have 3 ideas for you as the guest at the shower and wedding that are unusual and can get the “WOW” factor upon opening.  (Shelf Stable too.)  Here are a few suggestions:

White Balsamic Pearls

White Balsamic Pearls

Along with Dark Balsamic Pearls, Soy Pearls, and Beet Pearls we just received White Balsamic Pearls.  They are delicious added to an oyster, drizzled on a salad, and a conversation piece.  A special technique mysterious to me that chefs create these pearl masterpieces.

We had many requests for Arbequina Olive Oil Pearls.  Fun to add to a sandwich, anywhere you would add olive oil, beautiful on a salad, they are also beautiful with their rich yellow color.

Back in stock is our favorite Sea Salt from France, Cyprus Black Flake Salt, and some new additions along with containers for serving. Black and White Truffle Salt, Spanish Rosemary Salt and Roasted Garlic Salt along with Ghost (hot) Salt.  Requests were high for Himalayan salt with its mineral content and we bought one to shave in a chunk form.

Yummm….we made some food this week to share at an event.

Deborah, Owner of ‘Taberna de Haro‘ shared her expertise

Our first Event of the year was a success partnering with a local restaurant.  Deborah, my friend and owner/chef of her 18 year old Spanish Authentic restaurant in Brookline shared her simple and delicious recipes.  We added many of her Spanish ingredients to our collection: Pitted Gordal Olives (these are the big ones) Bullet Tuna, Fancy Mackerel which is delicious in olive oil, peppers of all kinds grilled, stuffed, and marinated.

There is no excuse for going hungry-or for lamenting over what to give and what to eat!

Just a few delicious ingredients can make a dish spectacular if always be in your pantry!
